Recording Studio Packages

Recording Session Policies Does recording time include setup and exporting? Yes. Microphone setup, session preparation, file organization, bouncing, and exporting are included within your reserved studio time. Please arrive on time and prepared to maximize your recording time. Is mixing included? A basic pre-mix is included for playback purposes. Professional mixing and mastering are separate services and are not included in the recording-session price. Are beats included? No. Beat production, custom instrumentals, and beat licensing are available for an additional fee. Can recording packages be divided between multiple days? The 8-hour package must be completed in one session. The 12-hour package may be divided into two 6-hour sessions. The package must be paid in full, and the second session must be completed within 30 days of the first session. What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy? At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of the payment or deposit. No-shows and same-day cancellations are nonrefundable. Are payments refundable? All deposits and session payments are nonrefundable. When proper notice is provided, the payment may be transferred one time to a new available date. How far in advance should sessions be booked? Sessions should be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day appointments may be available, but they are not guaranteed. Advance booking is highly recommended for longer sessions. How many guests may attend? The booking includes the recording artist and up to three additional guests. Please contact us before the session if you need to bring a larger group. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
